Our team has developed a deep knowledge and expertise in identifying and approaching passive candidates who are not actively looking for a new job opportunity. 4-steps approach

Our 4-steps approach is thus proactive and tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that we find the best fit for your requirements by targeting a passive candidate pool:

  • Analyze & define
    We analyse job and profile requirements together with you, and we define a „hunting ground“ to target the right candidates straight away. We analyze the context of the recruitment and information that can/should be disclosed to potential candidates in the next steps.
  • Identify & contact
    We launch potential candidate identification on the defined ground and contact the most in line with profile requirements. We provide you with regular updates on progress of the project.
  • Presentation of shortlisted candidates
    The selected candidates will be shortlisted and presented to you, including a resume, detailed interview report and a personality profile report.
  • Closing and follow-up
    We can assist and facilitate closing discussions with the selected candidate(s) and ensure proper closing of the assignment providing feedback to all candidates in the process.
